This SG20 repairable bicycle battery of 36V - 230Wh - 6.4Ah , made up of 20 lithium-ion cells,
was specially designed to be placed in a fixed triangular bag
on the bicycle frame. These narrow dimensions - width of 5cm and length of 24cm - allow it to fit easily into a small or medium wheel bicycle frame bag.

Its polished aluminum shell gives it a unique, modern and refined design, which will highlight the
brand of any bicycle manufacturer.

Daurema attaches importance to the ecological and recyclable aspect of its batteries,
but also to the satisfaction of these customers in the long term. In this context,
this battery, which is manufactured in the Daurema production unit, in
Belgium, is repairable and reconditionable for life .

The capacity of the SG20 36V battery is 230Wh , which allows you to travel approximately 36km
by bike with a full charge.

The SG20 battery is IP63 and is resistant to splashes, as well as moderate rain. It is not waterproof , and we recommend placing the battery in a waterproof bike bag.

Its aluminum shell with interior foam gives it good shock resistance .

SG20 has the following connections:

• Supported: DC 2.1 power jack female
• Discharge: DC connector XT60E-F (yellow tip)
• Wireless: none. No wifi, no bluetooth. Non-communicating battery.

The SG20 battery is easy to install. Simply position it in a frame bag and connect the yellow discharge port on the bike's controller.

When charging, simply connect the charger's jack port.

The SG20 battery is compatible with all bicycles that have the following characteristics:

• Motorization: 36V
• Controller: 15A max, XT60E-F discharge port, non-communicating with battery
• Controller discharge port: XT60E-F

The SG20 battery is not equipped with an on/off button or a capacity indicator. The minimalist design increases durability and reduces the risk of problems.

The SG20 battery is not equipped with an anti-theft system. However, it is possible to padlock the zipper of the bag in which the battery is located.

A 36V - 2A charger , tested and certified, which does not overheat, is supplied with the battery. The charging time for a 230Wh battery is 3h30 .

Daurema uses sorted reused cells , at 95% capacity, in good condition, verified and tested, from used batteries, in order to manufacture this
battery with guaranteed capacity . This recycling allows us to use more
each lithium cell for a long time, avoids their premature crushing, and therefore reduces the quantity of greenhouse gases released by the battery.

The SG20 battery is repairable and reconditionable for half the price
purchase .

Its optimized interior design made up of 3D printed parts allows repairability
safe and fast .

The SG20 battery is designed and assembled in Belgium , in the Daurema workshops.

Safety is the priority for Daurema, both for our teams and for our customers.

All Daurema batteries are CE certified and therefore comply with the standards in
force, regarding the safety of lithium batteries. They notably meet the regulations on battery safety IEC-62133-2 ,
and on the transport of UN38.3 batteries.

Daurema also tests each battery leaving the production line, particularly for overload, over-discharge and short-circuit, to ensure that each battery delivered to our customers is reliable and safe.

Each
battery is packaged in accordance with the regulations in force for the transport of lithium batteries. The battery is packaged, according to an ADR procedure, in antistatic film, then carefully placed in a double-corrugated cardboard box filled with vermiculite (fire-resistant) meeting UN3480 and UN3481 requirements, regulations which govern the packaging and labeling of batteries
lithium.

The battery is then shipped via a carrier specializing in the transport of lithium batteries.

Each battery is guaranteed for 2 years . Beyond this period, Daurema reconditions or repairs your battery for half the purchase price .
