ARTICLE 2: APPLICATION OF THE CGV

These conditions determine the terms of sale between Daurema SRL and its customers on its e-commerce site. They govern without reservation all transactions carried out on the Daurema SRL website.

ARTICLE 3: VALIDATION OF ORDERS

Acceptance and confirmation of the order are carried out through an online validation process, including a digital act of consent from the buyer.

ARTICLE 4: PRICING

The prices of the products are expressed in euros, VAT included, and are those in force at the time the order is validated by the customer.

ARTICLE 5: AVAILABILITY AND OFFER

Product offers and their prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the site, subject to stock availability.

ARTICLE 6: SECURE PAYMENT

Transactions are secured by an online payment system which encrypts the customer's banking details, making access to this information inaccessible to Daurema SRL.

ARTICLE 8: DELIVERY AND RECEIPT

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Daurema SRL undertakes to make its best efforts to respect the delivery times indicated.

ARTICLE 9: WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

In accordance with the legislation, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.

ARTICLE 10: WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Daurema SRL guarantees the conformity of the products sold. The customer benefits from legal guarantees allowing him to initiate proceedings in the event of defective products.

ARTICLE 11: PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Daurema SRL is committed to protecting customers' personal data, in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data.

ARTICLE 12: FORCE MAJEURE

Daurema SRL cannot be held liable in the event of contractual non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure.

ARTICLE 13: DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law.

ARTICLE 14: MODIFICATION OF THE T&Cs

Daurema SRL reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time.

ARTICLE 15: ACCEPTANCE OF THE CGV

The customer acknowledges having read these conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them without reservation when placing his order.
