P100 aluminum shell DC lithium-ion battery for multi-use 1152Wh - 14.4V - 80Ah

The P100 14.4V - 1152Wh - 80Ah multi-use battery, which can power 12V devices with direct current, is made up of 18650 lithium-ion cells, and has been designed for various applications requiring a portable and reliable source of energy . It can deliver up to 15A and supply direct current to devices requiring up to 200W of power. Its ergonomic dimensions - length of 242.5mm , height of 275mm and depth of 121mm - and its folding handle allow it to be easily integrated into various devices.

Its polished aluminum shell gives it robustness and splash resistance, allowing it to be used in a variety of professional or domestic applications. Manufactured in the Daurema workshops in Belgium, this battery places emphasis on ecology and sustainability. It is repairable and reconditionable for life, guaranteeing a long lifespan and a reduction in electronic waste.

Capacity and Power

With a capacity of 1152Wh , the P100 battery provides sufficient energy for a variety of uses, whether powering camping equipment, emergency devices, or portable electronic devices. It can power a 12V camera consuming 5W, for example, for 9 days.

The battery can deliver up to 15A and supply direct current to devices requiring up to 200W of power.

Waterproofing and Durability

IP54 certified. Its robust structure and aluminum casing effectively protect it against shocks and splashes, thus increasing its durability.

Furthermore, the heart of the battery is protected by foam located inside the battery, on each of its six faces.

Connectivity and Installation

The P100 battery is equipped with only one port:

  • Charge/discharge port : BD20 2pin female

It is Plug & Play. No wireless communication system is integrated, thus simplifying its use.

Compatibility

Compatible with any device using a nominal voltage of 12V, or in a range of 11.2 to 16.8V.

The battery consists of 100 3.6V lithium-ion cells with a configuration of 4S25P.

Buttons and Indicators

No buttons or indicators. Plug & Play battery. The minimalist design reduces the risk of problems.

Anti-theft system

None. However, it is easy to lock the battery on its metal handle.

Charger and charging time

A 16.8V - 15A charger , tested and certified, which does not overheat, is offered as an option. Charging time is 5 hours .

Second life cells & circularity

Daurema uses sorted reused cells , at 95% capacity, in good condition, verified and tested, from used batteries, in order to manufacture this
battery with guaranteed capacity . This recycling allows each lithium cell to be used for longer, avoids their premature crushing, and therefore reduces the quantity of greenhouse gases released by the battery.

Repairability & refurbishment

The P100 battery is repairable and reconditionable for half its purchase price .

Its optimized interior design allows for safe and rapid repairability .

The P100 battery is designed and assembled in Belgium , in the Daurema workshops.

Safety is the priority for Daurema, both for our teams and for our customers.

The P100 battery is managed by a BMS (Battery Management System) from the Daly brand, which includes all the necessary safety protections:

  • Protection against overcharge and overdischarge
  • Short circuit protection
  • Protection against overheating during charging and discharging
  • Undervoltage protection for charging and discharging
  • Protection against over-voltage charging and discharging

Each battery, throughout its assembly line, undergoes a series of tests and quality controls, in order to deliver 100% reliable and secure batteries.

Transportation

Each battery is packaged according to the regulations in force for the transport of lithium batteries. The battery is packaged according to the ADR procedure, in antistatic film, then carefully placed in a double-corrugated cardboard box filled with vermiculite (fire-resistant) meeting UN3480 and UN3481 requirements, regulations which govern the packaging and labeling of lithium batteries .

The battery is then shipped via a carrier specializing in the transport of lithium batteries.

Guarantee

Each battery is guaranteed for 2 years . Beyond this period, Daurema reconditions or repairs your battery for half the purchase price .
