The GOUACH 48V - 12.8Ah - 599Wh - Waterproof｜Repairable｜Solderless｜Smart - BLACKPACK50 13S4P bicycle battery is made up of 52 lithium-ion cells. It was specially designed to be placed on the frame of an electric bike.

It is supplied with a support that screws in place of the bike's water bottle holder. Its robust plastic shell, rounded at the front, allows it to fit onto most bike frames.

Gouach is a Bordeaux start-up which won the first French Tech 2020 prize, as well as the TAIPEI Cycle Gold Aware 2023 for its revolutionary bicycle battery technology.

Gouach has created a solderless, cable-free bicycle battery system, modeled on Lego blocks, with two printed circuits pressed against the cell supports, and a battery management system that clips onto the assembly.

The BLACKPACK50 battery has the following connections:

The BLACKPACK50 battery is easy to install. You must first position the support rail in place of the bike's water bottle holder. The controller can be inserted into the support.

Once the support is fixed, you must slide the battery onto the rail, then lock the anti-theft device with the locker.

When charging, simply connect the charger's jack port.

The BLACKPACK50 battery is compatible with all bicycles that have the following characteristics:

• Controller: 20A max, 5PIN Haling discharge port, non-communicating
  

As a general rule, the battery will be compatible with any 48V bike that already has a battery with a Hailong brand shell.

The BLACKPACK50 48V battery is equipped with a 4-light capacity indicator. Just press the indicator button to display the battery capacity: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%.

No on/off button.

The Gouach BLACPACK50 48V battery is equipped with a key anti-theft system. Once the battery is inserted into the rail, the key lock prevents sliding, and therefore theft, of the battery.

A 48V - 4A charger , tested and certified, which does not overheat, is supplied with the battery. The charging time for a 599Wh battery is 3h10 .

The BLACKPACK50 36V battery is repairable and reconditionable for half of its purchase price .

Its optimized design, without cables or soldering, allows safe and rapid repairability .

The Gouach BLACKPACK50 48V battery, designed by Gouach, is assembled, tested and shipped from the Daurema workshops, located in Belgium.

Gouach batteries are CE certified and therefore comply with current standards for the safety of lithium batteries. They meet in particular the regulations on the safety of IEC-62133-2 batteries, and on the transport of batteries UN38.3 .

Daurema also tests each battery leaving the production line, in particular for overload, overdischarge and short circuit, to ensure that each battery delivered to its customers is reliable and safe.

Each battery is packaged in accordance with the regulations in force for the transport of lithium batteries. The battery is packaged, according to an ADR procedure, in antistatic film, then carefully placed in a double-corrugated cardboard box filled with vermiculite (fire-resistant) meeting UN3480 and UN3481 requirements, regulations which govern the packaging and labeling of batteries lithium.

The battery is then shipped via a carrier specializing in the transport of lithium batteries.

Each battery is guaranteed for 2 years . Beyond this period, Daurema reconditions or repairs your battery for half the purchase price .
